Local legends Rosa Maria were recently welcomed to Live at Enmore studio. The band dished up an intoxicating blend of ’60s inspired garage, surf rock and spaghetti western, with their track What Did I Do.
The band crammed into the tight space but didn’t hold back, delivering a full-blooded, high energy rendition of the song, complete with pumping grooves, jangling guitars and Broc Townsend howling like a man possessed.
Sydney’s Rosa Maria recently came through the Live at Enmore studio. They brought their signature surf garage swagger for their performance of What Did I Do.
Despite being a man down (guitarist Bobby Diamond was unwell) Rosa Maria didn’t let up – they kept it loud, fast and full of their customary intensity.
Townsend mentioned that “What Did I Do is about being betrayed…and my attempt at a folk tale.”
