Young Henrys has today announced their new distillery collaboration with American rock/soul outfit Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats. The boys have been busy, and have a new batch of bona fide moonshine to wet your whistle with.
The collab comes in the form of a fresh brew of NIGHTSWEAT Moonshine, which had been 100% created and distilled locally at Young Henrys headquarters in Newtown. The moonshine is a concoction of malt and rye, with a chocolate malt flavour.
On the collaboration, Young Henrys co-owner Richard Adamson explained “We have been playing around with different moonshine recipes for a while and this one was a clear favourite. Having the chance to link up and create this for such a great talent is a rare opportunity.”
NIGHTSWEAT will be available for limited release on April 1, and will be launched at a tasting bar in Newtown, which will coincide with the Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats’ first Australian tour which will kick off at Bluesfest this weekend.
