In February Sir Elton John announced his Aussie Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, with multiple shows in states across the country. It’s an expectedly massive tour spanning the course of three months.
Now, after approaching half a million ticket sales, they’ve added another six stops.
Sir Elton John is giving you another chance to score tickets to his final shows, adding six new dates to his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
Set to touch down in Australia this November, John has prolonged his stay into March next year. He’ll be kicking things off in Perth and making his way across the country with newly announced shows hitting Geelong, Melbourne, Coffs Harbour, Townsville, Sunshine Coast and Sydney.
“We’re thrilled to be adding even more dates to Elton’s final tour,” said John’s tour promoter Michael Chugg, “demand has been absolutely incredible, we know the Rocketman is going to create magic memories for Australia and New Zealand when he arrives later this year!”
These newly announced shows will give fans another chance at scoring some tickets to see part of Elton’s massive 300-date global farewell tour, and those who do will be lucky enough to see never-before-seen images and videos that will show a deeper insight into the meaning behind Elton John’s iconic music.
