Lauren- Men I Trust
This bass line is everything. I reference this track in sessions soooo often, it just feels so good!
Soaked- BENEE
Have had this on repeat the last few days. The swanky sort of relaxed bass is so strong and her voice is one of my new favourites.
Bitch- Rya Park
This lady. I love this track so much, that chorus is such an anthem and the lyrics are so raw and honest.
Find a Way- Eliott
This is the type of track that makes me feel like I’m not alone. Credit to her for being vulnerable about mental health issues with super strong melodies.
Crushing- Julia Jacklin
I’m yet to find a song that captures the pain of heartbreak as well as Julia does with these lyrics. Every time I hear this it rips open old wounds.
Company- Tulliah
For such a young lady, this song has so much maturity. This song shows her phenomenal songwriting potential. It’s the type of song you don’t get sick of.
Good Company- KYE
This will be stuck in your head for the next day. Talk about catchy. KYE is a seasoned pro and this song is probably my favourite of 2019.
I Miss You- Clean Bandit (Julia Michaels)
This song is my guilty pleasure. Those harmonies in the intro and throughout are so haunting and special.
I’m Good- WAFIA
My feel good song. This one is one of the inspirations for my new single I Don’t Miss You, when I was finally feeling over a relationship.
Miss Shiney- Kaiit
How good does this song feel! That intro! I love getting an insight into Kaiit’s mind with this one. Such positive thought processes and so relatable.
