After a bang up inaugural event last year, Ability Fest is back again, and the lineup is a bloody big one. Last year sold over 5,000 tickets, and raised nearly $200,000 for young Australians living with disabilities.
Run by Dylan Alcott, triple j presenter and Paralympian, the event raises money for the Dylan Alcott foundation. The festival ensures that people living with disability have equal access to live music, and 100% of the proceeds go to the charity which helps young Australians living with a disability.
Ability Fest have just announced their whopping 2019 lineup, so we’re sure this year will be bigger and better than the last.
This year features some massive names, like E^ST, The Presets and Luca Brasi. We also get to see massive Aussie supergroup ARC, which features some of the biggest names in recent Aussie music. Members of Powderfinger, JET, Spiderbait, You Am I and The Wrights all feature, so it’s sure to be a set not to be missed.
