If (for whatever reason) you haven’t already heard, later this month we’ll be taking over all five stories of the iconic King’s Cross Hotel to celebrate our 5th birthday.
A few weeks back, we announced the first round of artists to be playing this incredible event, but now—just because we feel like it—we’ve gone and made the lineup a whole lot bigger.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any bigger, we’ve gone and added a stack more acts to 5 x 5 x 5: Happy Mag’s 5th Birthday.
To top this final announcement, we’ve tracked down the wildest band we could possibly find. We’re stoked to announce that local lunatics C.O.F.F.I.N will be joining our 5th Birthday celebration on Noveber 22nd.
If you’ve never seen C.O.F.F.I.N live before, strap in. This Sydney five-piece deliver one of the most consistently raucous live shows in the country, and we can’t think of any way to better celebrate our 5th B’day than with a bit of their signature chaos.
On top of this, we’ve added a whole heap of DJs to the lineup, including the notorious DJ Goodboy, Pablo, Molach, Lovejoy, Psyched As DJs, Bonza Records DJs, and Sydney’s most trusted dancefloor instigators Happy DJs. And just to sweeten the deal a little more, local legends Phat Reef will be opening things up on the ground floor, so make sure you get down early to soak in some of their funky goodness.
