In 1993, Nirvana‘s popularity skyrocketed to impossibly new heights following their incredible live performance on MTV Unplugged. It was a set the band sought to use to establish themselves beyond the grunge chaos that was their breakout sophomore album Nevermind. It included an incredible rendition of David Bowie’s The Man Who Sold The World, and last night the surviving members of the band teamed up with Beck to work the magic once again.
In a Grammys pre-party hosted in LA Beck took the stage with Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear. You can watch the fan captured footage via Consequence of Sound.
