Ring in the New Year with CBeebies and a sweet story from Christine and The Queens.
Christine and The Queens is taking on bedtime story duties on CBeebies, UK’s free-to-air public broadcast children’s television show run by the BBC.
Chris, aka Christine and the Queens, will be reading Zosienka’s ‘The Moon Keeper’ a beautifully illustrated picture book that tells the story of a sweet, and conscientious polar bear, who begins a job as the moon’s guardian.
CBeebies has a roster of impressive names set to read a bedtime story over the Christmas period. Chris’s episode is scheduled to follow Kate Winslet, Tom Hardy, and Richard E. Grant who are slated to read bedtime stories between now, and the end of December.
While most storytellers are filmed at the CBeebies studio, Chris will be appearing in London’s Royal Festival Hall, where he will read the story sitting on a suspended crescent moon.
