Omega drops a new gadget-laden timepiece, and stars line up on the red carpet to commemorate the first Bond film.
It’s been 60 years since Sean Connery graced the screens with the release of the debut James Bond film Dr. No in 1962. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the stars lined the red carpet in London last night, among them, Daniel Craig, Hayley Atwell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, dressed to the nines in tuxedos and glitzy glamour.
Omega, who partnered with Bond, back in 1995, taking over from Rolex, has assumed the permanent duty of furnishing the English super spy with the ultimate gadget-laden timepieces were on hand to provide the ‘Bond’ factor.
Showcasing a brand new Seamaster Diver 300m 60 Years of James Bond that comes in stainless steel, and Canopus gold, which will be available to buy in early 2023.
The new watch has some pretty slick features, that include a mechanically animated 007’s iconic opening sequence on the back of the watch. Check out the pics below:
Daniel Craig famously hung up his martini and gun last year with his final performance as James Bond in James Bond: No Time To Die. Although there have been a lot of names thrown in the ring, no word yet, as to who the next Bond will be.
