Brothers Hand Mirror are the epitome of eclectic, eccentric rap. With their memorable lyrics, catchy choruses and dance-able beats, the duo make sure you have your dancing boots on and your mind open; their on-stage antics range from HTML Flowers, the rapper, applying lipstick halfway through the set, doubling up on the mics to give his voice an eerie echo and dropping down low better than most of the girls at the front of the stage who screamed for a kiss.
The duo, who hail from Melbourne, are a work in progress. However, considering the following they’ve already amassed and their combination of socially-conscious lyrics with eclectic beats (produced by the talented Oscar, who sings melodically and eerily to accompany Flowers) this duo is one to watch for in the near future. Their signing to L.A-based We Are Tar Records, recent support slot for Cakes Da Killa, coupled with their onstage charisma, it’s no wonder the crowd rapped and sang along with full force. Brothers Hand Mirror are on the rise and quickly.
