The livestream event, which was organised by David Bowie’s pianist Mike Garson, will also feature appearances from various musical collaborators, including longtime Bowie collaborator and famed producer, Tony Visonti, and members of Bowie’s various touring bands over the years.

“What we’re planning is an amazing show with the most talented musicians from every period of David’s career, as well as phenomenal artists from many different genres,” Garson said in a statement.

“We’ll hear different interpretations of David’s songs; some with totally new arrangements that have never been heard before.”

A Bowie Celebration: Just For One Day! will be going down on January 8, 2021, and tickets for the event are now on sale. You can snag a $20 early-bird option up until November 1st, and for die-hard fans, a VIP package will also get you access to special merchandise, as well as private rehearsals, a pre-show soundcheck, and post-show Q&B with band members.
