Ivana Trump, aged 73, passed away at her NYC home yesterday, after suffering cardiac arrest. Donald Trump says, “she was a wonderful woman.”
Media personality, author and businesswoman, Ivana Trump, died in her New York City home yesterday, at the age of 73. She was the first wife of former US president, Donald Trump. The pair were married from 1977 to 1992, and had three kids together.
Announcing her passing yesterday, Donald Trump posted the following message on the media platform, Truth Social: “I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City.”
He continued, “she was a wonderful, beautiful and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!”
According to reports from The Fire Department of New York, paramedics responded to a call for cardiac arrest. When they arrived at the home, they discovered 73-year-old Ivana Trump dead.
The Trump family has also released a heartfelt statement regarding her passing: “It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ivana Trump. Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty and caring mother and friend. Ivana Trump was a survivor.”
