Prolific English producer Four Tet aka Kieran Hebden has added eight new tracks to his ongoing Spotify playlist (the one with a batshit title), exclusively featuring music from countries Donald Trump recently banned from immigrating to the US.
Hebden joins a long list of musicians to have their word against the immigration ban, with Grimes and Sia recently offering to match fans’ donations towards those stranded by the new law. He’s not the first to stand against the new POTUS, and he wont be the last.
In spite of Trump’s immigration ban, Four Tet has begun adding music from countries now disallowed entry into the United States.
See his recent tweet on the topic below:
been checking music from trumps banned countries today… mainly @Folkways recordings.

And here’s the playlist, featuring the eight recent additions such as Rahim AlHaj born in Iraq, Martik from Iran and Omar Souleyman from Syria.

Preach it, Mr. Tet.
Somewhat unrelated, but while researching this piece we came across this piece of Facebook gold. Like Hebden’s recent playlist additions, Alex Alex’s banter below is sure to cheer you up through troubled times.
