Martin Place to be filled with puppies for an epic lunchtime patting session this Friday!

This Friday you’re going to want to set aside a little extra time for lunch, because Sydney’s Martin Place is set to be filled with adorable guide dog puppies for a huge lunchtime patting session.

The event will be held by Guide Dogs NSW, and will look to raise awareness for the good work they do.

Your Friday lunchtime just got a whole lot better… Sydney’s Martin Place is set to be filled with adorable puppies for an epic lunchtime patting session.

It’s an opportunity for us to showcase the guide dog journey and for us to definitely get puppy raisers coming up to Christmas,” says Casey Walton of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.

The day will kick off with puppy preschool sessions at 12 pm and 1:10 pm, where the organisation’s newest and tiniest recruits will be learning their basic skills.

Then, at 12:40 pm and 1:40 pm, guide dog demonstrations will delve into the training process that helps prepare puppers for their life-changing careers.

At 2 pm, the event will reach its grand finale, when onlookers will be able to partake in a pat and cuddle session. What better way to get yourself through a Friday?
