Still on a high from the release of their 2015 record Speakerzoid, The Jungle Giants have announced a mammoth tour to kick off this June. This time they are bringing some extra special mates along with them.
The Jungle Giants are gearing up to go on a massive, all-ages tour this June, and they’ve got some killer supports lined up.
Speakerzoid was a triumph for the Brisbane four-piece, one that took them around the world – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Canada and the US – and won them another batch of loyal fans. As a last hoorah before they knuckle down to begin working in earnest once again, the band are about to embark on a massive, all-ages tour around the country. It’s called the Together We Can Work Together tour.
Sam Hales from the band explains the genesis of the tour and song name:
“It’s a title that started as a misheard phrase during a board game in the early days of recording Speakerzoid. We all loved it so much we considered making it the album title. As a song lyric it’s like an infinite loop; once you’ve finished saying it you have already started saying it again. It’s also a good party mantra.”
Not once to shy away from putting on a massive party for fans, The Jungle Giants have assembled a massive lineup for the tour, including Gideon Bensen, The Lulu Raes and Machine Age in support.
