As ten years of Game of Thrones comes to an end, Jack Black is here with something we didn’t know we needed.
He uploaded a cover of the GOT theme song titled Game of Thrones and Creams & Lotions to his YouTube gaming channel, Jablinkski Games, just before the final episode was released.
The Game of Thrones theme song gets the Tenacious D treatment in a YouTube video uploaded by Jack Black.
“Sorry no gaming videos this week, I’ve been working on my dark magic”, Black warns before showing off his collectible Longclaw foam sword. The parody begins with an immersive a capella while you watch him in a dragon shirt, camo pants and a cape pose with his trusty weapon. His lyrical rendition is both powerful and effective, game of throney throne thrones throney bones.
In a surprise twist, he not only changes into a wolf shirt but he also gets his gear off for a bit of free the nip action. Then there’s a lot of running, roley poleys and choreographed swordsmanship. In the epic finale montage, he shows off his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame before cracking onto the rest of the video instructing how to create a cheese and strawberry burrito.
