On his new single My Heart Hangs, the 19-year-old Melbourne artist stomps through his signature blend of hip-hop and progressive metal to deliver a sound that belongs entirely to himself.
“This song is about the beauty of individuality and being unique. Never let anyone tell you that it’s not okay to be the way you are,” he says of the new track.
My Heart Hangs will feature on an upcoming five-track EP from Jacob Smooth, titled 5 Songs That Will Help You Open Your Mind… and judging by the quality of this new single, I think we’re in for plenty more great music courtesy of this Melbourne artist.
These are still early days in his career, but we’re expecting big things from Jacob Smooth.
