The collaboration wouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Parker announced that he would be taking a well-earned break from Tame Impala late last year.
“I really don’t know how that’s going to feel because in the past, the album cycles haven’t really ended with a bang, or even ended decidedly. They just sort of peter out. But this time it really is a bookend,” Parker said in an interview with Kiwi publication, Noted.
In the past 12 months he has been busy working alongside the likes of Mark Ronson and SZA, and Lady Gaga.
Travis Scott is expected to release his third album AstroWorld in the coming months. His latest album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, was released last year.
