Get ready for an electrifying performance as Mo’Ju takes the stage at the 2023 Dreamtime at the ‘G match, while also releasing a stunning music video for their captivating track ‘Swan Song’.
When the realms of music and sport intertwine, magic is created, and Mo’Ju‘s performance at the Dreamtime at the ‘G match is set to ignite a fusion of artistry and athleticism.
Mo’Ju is beyond excited to be part of the pre-match entertainment lineup for the highly anticipated 2023 Dreamtime at the ‘G match between Essendon and Richmond on May 20.
This year, the Dreamtime at the ‘G entertainment will be a unique blend of traditional and contemporary elements, featuring a spectacular lighting show that celebrates the AFL’s ‘Moments Forged by First Nations’ campaign and showcases Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Mo’Ju will share the stage with esteemed Wurundjeri dance groups Djirri Djirri and Bandok Tati, as well as the Dreamtime Contemporary Dancers.
Following two immensely successful performances with The Sydney Symphony Orchestra at the Opera House and The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at Hamer Hall earlier this year, and captivating shows at both the Blak & Deadly: First Nations Gala and WorldPride Opening Concert, Mo’Ju is embarking on their national ‘Oro, Plata, Mata’ tour, commencing on May 26 in Adelaide.
To commemorate this exciting tour, Mo’Ju is releasing a mesmerizing music video for the album’s closing track, ‘Swan Song’ featuring Meklit. The video showcases the extraordinary talents of dancers Jeremy Santos, Trevor Santos, Taiga Kita-Leong, and Billy Keohavong, making it an absolute visual treat.
With a combination of thrilling live performances and upcoming projects, Mo’Ju continues to captivate audiences with their unique artistry, storytelling, and celebration of Indigenous cultures.
