NASA responds perfectly to a nine year old who applied to be the ‘Guardian of The Galaxy’

A huge amount of little kids want to be astronauts. But none probably as much as Jack Davis, who wrote in to NASA explaining in no uncertain terms as to why he would be more than up for the job of Guardian of The Galaxy; or to be more accurate ‘Planetary Protection Officer’.

True to NASA being the team of mad dogs that they are responded with nothing but words of encouragement.

NASA responded perfectly to nine year old Jack Davis, who applied to be the ‘Guardian of The Galaxy’ – or to be more accurate ‘Planetary Protection Officer’.

The letter itself reads:

” Dear NASA,

My name is Jack Davis and I would like to apply for the planetary protection officer job. I may be nine but I think I would be fit for the job. One of the reasons is my sisters says I’m an alien also, I have seen almost all the space and alien movies I can see. I have also seen the show Marvel Agents of Shield and hope to see the movie Men in Black. I am great at video games. I am young so I can learn to think like an alien.

Sincerely,

Jack Davis

Guardian of The Galaxy”

Not only did Davis take the time to write to them with a full list of credentials and experience, he labelled his young age as an advantage for getting into the minds of aliens.  Something tells us that Davis is likely to be pitted as head of the Alien Department of MI6.

What’s even better though, was NASA’s response.
