Perth noisemakers Black Stone from The Sun are one fucking loud band – made all the more impressive by the fact that they are a two-piece. They exude all the hallmarks of a good grunge act: vicious, cutting vocals, guitars with gobs of distortion and loose, cymbal-heavy drums. They’re also really good songwriters. Their new single Vice Versa is an absolute ripper, sounding a little like the Melvins and Jedediah made love and produced one very angry baby.
Perth grunge duo Black Stone From The Sun are heading over to the east and south coasts this May for a short, fast, loud tour of epic proportions.
Lucky for us, the chance to see this baby in the flesh isn’t too far away, Black Stone from The Sun are about to head across the Nullarbor (by plane we hope) to hit up Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide (sorry Brisbane) on a short and fast tour this May.
