The Byron Bay boys have been living in Berlin and will tour through parts of Europe before heading home in late October for a run of four shows.
Parcels 2018 self-titled EP hit instant heights, garnering international success. It is unconditionally beloved by Australian indie music fans, and we will not tolerate a bad word about it.
Released last month, their second album, Day/Night pretty quickly felt a similar love. The boys can do no wrong, and the angelic, orchestral concept album sets another high bar. It is cinematic and elegant, whilst still dazzling with disco funkiness.
Parcels’ 2022 tour will kick off at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday, October 27. The electro-pop outfit will then head off to Brisbane to play the Tivoli on the Saturday, October 29. Melbourne fans will lastly be treated to back to back shows at The Forum Theatre Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4.
