On the new single, Swaré glides through a deeply infectious blend of soul, funk, R&B, and funk to deliver a sound that belongs entirely to himself. If this track doesn’t leave you wanting to go strut down the street, you may want to check your pulse. With slick production, hook-driven vocal delivery, and beguiling lyrical content, this new song is a dead-set window-steamer.
Chill With You is the latest in a string of consistently great singles from this Sydney artist, and we wan’t wait to hear what he delivers next. While these still may be early days in his career, we’re expecting plenty more great material courtesy of Swaré.
“I actually don’t enjoy going out that much, so writing about partying, late nights and everything else seemed not only done to death but also not what I’m into at the moment,” Swaré says of the track.
“It is tricky to sound honest and yourself whilst still being appealing and fun. It’s like writing a sonnet, but not.”
