Today is the second day that protesters against off-shore processing of asylum seekers have descended on Parliament House in Canberra to rally for the closure of refugee camps.
Refugee advocates are currently staging day two of an impassioned protest at Parliament House in Canberra.
Yesterday saw the advocates literally glue themselves to bannisters, but today they have taken it up a notch, dyeing the Parliament House pond blood red, launching rafts in the water and abseiling from the roof to hang a banner with ‘Close the bloody camps now #Justice4Refugees’ emblazoned in large font.
The story is still unfolding but have a look at some shots of the protest below via Twitter. You can follow the hastags #justice4reguees and #closethecamps for more information too.
