Western Australian community radio station RTRFM are back in 2018 with In The Pines, their very own musical festival. Celebrating the event’s 25th birthday this year, they’ve certainly spared no expense on the talent.
With acts like The Rosemary Beads, Furchick, The Tommyhawks and Demon Days already on the lineup, you didn’t really have an excuse not to show up. Now, they’ve spiced up the formula with seven extras.
RTRFM’s 25th anniversary In The Pines just got even bigger, adding a seven strong cohort of Western Australia’s most exciting talent.
Joining the lineup will be post-punk outfit Nerve Quakes, psychedelic troubadours Em Burrows & Web Rumors, The Pipeline Band, and Lucy Peach. Also attending will be Grievous Bodily Calm, Treehouses, and the notorious Sex Panther.
The final round of acts will be announced on Breakfast With Caitlin on April 9th, between 6-9am AWST.
In The Pines takes place in Somerville Auditorium in the University of Western Australia on Sunday April 29th, 11am-10pm. Grab your tickets here.
