Salt Ashes returns with Moroder-inspired dark pop track Go All Out

Salt Ashes talks to her younger self and unleashes her inner fire on new single Go All Out.

We all have those moments where we hide our true self and put on another mask, or feel like we’re losing who we really are when we pretend to be someone else.

In Go All Out, Veiga sings to a younger version of herself, asking if she’d let go of insecurities and “follow the flame” within.

The track opens with mysterious, subdued vocals before Sanchez explodes into the first verse, backed by a driving electronic beat.

She sings about letting go of insecurities and embracing her passion with fervour, all beneath a tense electronic, percussive soundscape that you can’t help but sway to.

Go All Out is a song about what I would say to my younger self if I had the opportunity to. I don’t like regrets and think they are destructive but it’s nice to reflect on what I would say if I could do it all over again,” says the musician.

Salt Ashes is the project of Veiga Sanchez, who captured everyone’s attention when came onto the scene in 2014 with her Giorgio Moroder-inspired dark club sound.

Two of her singles reached the top five on Billboard and the Music Week Dance Charts – she also won the MTVU Freshman and MTV IGGY’s Artist of the Week for her single If You Let Me Go.

Go All Out is available now on all streaming platforms.
