A new beat in the Lennon legacy.
The Beatles’ legacy has grown by one more soul. Sean Ono Lennon, the only child of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, has announced the birth of his son, Aurelius, marking the couple’s first grandchild.
The musician and his partner, Charlotte Kemp Muhl, shared the joyful news on social media, whimsically declaring they had “created a Human Bean.”

Congratulatory messages poured in from celebrities including Flea and Paris Hilton.
At 92, Yoko Ono is reportedly “retired” but well, leaving Sean to carry the torch of his parents’ immense musical legacy.
He recently spoke about the pressure of preserving Beatles history for younger generations while overseeing restoration projects like the ‘Power To The People’ concert film.
Sean remains fiercely protective of his father’s memory, noting John never fell out of love with music, only the “pop machine” of fame.
With the arrival of little Aurelius, a new chapter begins for rock royalty; one that beautifully bridges the past and the future.
