Ten years ago, Melbourne based indie rockers The Temper Trap burst onto the airwaves (and the big screen) with their breakout hit Sweet Disposition. Exactly a decade on from the release of Conditions, the record that set their wheels in motion, the band have announced they will be playing the record in its entirety this December.
In what will be the band’s first home soil shows in over a year, they’ll kick off in their hometown of Melbourne at the Forum, before taking the record north to play Brisbane’s Tivoli and finishing up at Sydney’s own Enmore Theatre.
The Temper Trap are set to celebrate ten years of Conditions, the record that brought us hits Sweet Disposition, Fader, and Love Lost, with three intimate Aussie shows this December.
As is to be anticipated with any relevant 10-year record celebration, yes there will be a vinyl reissue. Thankfully eager fans won’t have to wait until The Temper Trap lap the east coast before picking up a copy. Pre-orders are available now through Liberation Records.
