The Golden Sheaf announces a glittering six-week Bombay Sapphire takeover

Double Bay hotspot The Golden Sheaf is teaming up with Bombay Sapphire to bring a six-week long campaign full of enchanting cocktails. The spring menu will feature three different variations of Bombay Sapphire Gin & Tonics.

Spring Days. Sapphire Nights will also give you the opportunity to create your own Bombay Sapphire G&T from the ‘Stir your Creativity’ menu. Simply choose your own botanicals plus a Fever-Tree tonic and one of the expert bar staff at The Sheaf will whip it up for you.

Head to The Golden Sheaf this October for Spring Days. Sapphire Nights, a one-stop shop every Sydney gin lover would be a fool to miss.

The Golden Sheaf will be embracing the sapphire blue lights of Bombay from September 18th to October 31st, decking out their canopy event space as the ‘Canvas Cinema’, where you can enjoy film-inspired cocktails during special screenings. It will be available on the Thursdays of October; 3rd, 10th, 24th, and 31st.

There will also be a competition held, testing your botanical tasting skills when purchasing any Bombay Sapphire G&T. Upon trying the drink you’ll be given a card to fill out with your details and whichever botanical you think you just tasted – winners will score a double pass and deluxe experience to the cinema pop-up each and every week.
