Nick Cave has launched Cave Things, an online store featuring a range of esoteric items, including a must-have for every Cave fan: erotic wallpaper.
Nick Cave is a man of many talents. Musician, lecturer, Gladiator 2 script-writer, and model. His new title is one few people would have expected him to hold; erotic wallpaper designer.
Yesterday, Cave launched a new web-store called Cave Things, filled with clothes, prints, and knickknacks “conceived, sourced, shaped and designed by Nick Cave,” according to the website.
The store features a wide range of items including, but not limited to, a “Jesus Was A Mermaid” poster, a motivational t-shit printed with “Head High and Fuck Them All (Nick Cave’s Mum)“, hand-written lyric sheets and notes, bookmarks, and charms.
However, the standout item of the store would have to be the wallpaper and matching wrapping-paper featuring hand-drawn exotic doodles of the Hyatt Girls; a set of drawings that have been floating around on his merch since 2006.
Cave Things marks another chapter in the recent explosion of Cave-based news and content that includes his recent live-streamed performance, Idiot Prayer, his 24-hour YouTube channel Bad Seeds Teevee, and his newsletter Red Hand Files.
Take some time to browse the online store, and follow the Instagram account @cavethingsofficial to stay up to date with new drops of erotic wallpaper, motivational t-shirts, or whatever else spills forth from the mind of Nick Cave.
