The Strokes have just performed a new song, The Adults are Talking at a benefit show at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. It’s the first evidence of new music from the New Yorkers since 2016.
The Strokes played a massive role in shaping the sound of the naughties, now they’ve emerged with their first new song in years – The Adults are Talking.
The band’s last full length release was 2013’s Comedown Machine, with the Future Present Past EP emerging in 2016.
The attention of Julian Casablancas has been on The Voidz, with their second album, Virtue arriving last year.
