Genre-defying and wildly experimental, hip hop artist Trippie Redd is dropping not one, but two killer singles today via 10K Projects.
23-year-old Ohio native Trippie Red matches endless ingenuity with a powerful and raw emotional impact. With the vocal stylings of a latter-day Seal, albeit with an edge, in Save Me, Please to the Rnb/hip-hop 1st Degree Murder his newest releases are a pairing that is all honey to the ears.
Since delivering his debut mixtape A Love Letter to You in 2017, the multi-platinum-selling, chart-topping rapper, singer/songwriter has continually defied expectations and boundaries. His melodic take on rap with frenetic elements of rock-and-roll and heavy metal, and penetrating lyrics make for a hard-hitting and engaging listen.
Trippie Redd has notched up a stack of collaborations with some of today’s biggest names in music, Drake, Future, XXXTENTACION and Juice WRLD to Illenium and Marshmello to Travis Barker and Oliver Tree.
Not one to just stay in one area of interest, earlier this month, Trippie participated in New York Fashion Week where he sat front row for brands Tommy Hilfiger and Who Decides War. He also made his acting debut during an episode of Lil Dicky’s critically acclaimed DAVE, and made an appearance on Machine Gun Kelly’s Good Mourning.
His latest album, Trip At Knight, brought a #1 debut on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and went on to amass over 2.5 billion streams, led by single Miss The Rage featuring Playboi Carti.
Alongside his two newest singles, he has also released the accompanying visual for Save Me, Please directed by Nolan Riddle (Juice Wrld, Machine Gun Kelly, Kid Laroi).
