Watch Jason Momoa star as Ozzy Osbourne in new video

In an alternate reality, Jason Momoa would be perfect as a frontman in a thrash-stoner-groove-metal hybrid act.

In his most recent expression of adoration for the metal community, Momoa appears as Ozzy Osbourne in a new clip for the former Black Sabbath frontman’s new solo album.

Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa, lip-syncs a new Ozzy Osbourne song in a recent teaser clip for the Prince of Darkness’ new album, Ordinary Man.

He pulls off a swimmingly convincing interpretation of the Prince of Darkness. In the clip, Momoa looms and stalks around in the style of the ex-Sabbath singer. He removes his hood and blasts into a lip-sync performance of Ozzy’s new track, Scary Little Green Men.

Osbourne’s new album, Ordinary Man, comes out February 21st. The album will also be his first solo outing in 10 years. All of this follows Ozzy’s recent revelations that he has been diagnosed with stage 2 Parkinson’s disease. Just last week, he cancelled his upcoming American tour in order to get the best treatment possible.

In a recent interview, Osbourne and his wife Sharon expressed their desire for the backing of their fans at this difficult time. “I feel better now that I’ve owned up to the fact that I have Parkinson’s. I just hope they (the fans) hang on and are there for me because I need them.”
