Perth rockers San Cisco came through the Live at Enmore studio on a recent visit to Sydney. They dished up a cruisy, retro-tinged slice of pop with their latest single, Skin.
The band have long been favourites all over Australia and their performance filled with themes of bittersweet heartbreak was delivered with a side of irresistible grooves and melodies.
San Cisco were the latest to hit the Live at Enmore studio. They kept it smooth and summery for the performance of their latest single, Skin.
For only four people, the band conjured up a rich palette of sounds, with the chimes of the Fender Rhodes and pitch-perfect vocals laid on top solid rhythms of the drums and bass.
Reflecting on the song, frontman Jordi Davieson said:
“Skin is about unrequited love, heartbreak and when you get dumped, there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Skin is out now via Island City/Nettwork. Head over to the San Cisco website for more details.
