Here’s what you need to know about Sheaf Sundays. There’s live music and it’s totally free to enter. There’s a great selection of pub feeds, perfect for that Sunday hangover you’ll definitely be nursing, and a great selection of beer and cocktails if you’re brave enough to get back on it.
The Golden Sheaf in the Eastern Suburbs is the newest live music venue to cure your hungover blues, and we’re giving away a $100 bar tab for you to spend at any of their Sunday sessions.
This giveaway will be drawn just in time for the next big event, when The Golden Sheaf hosts Kilter on January 27. He will be performing a free DJ set from 4pm. Kilter’s debut LP Through the Distortion dropped in 2017 to big props.
January 27 has also been announced as the date of the Triple J Hottest 100, with Kilter performing right after the countdown wraps up. With $100 to spend, you could be celebrating good music deep into the night.
