New York art-punk icons Yeah Yeah Yeahs have released Hidden in Pieces Live at the Royal Albert Hall, a digital live album capturing their transcendent 2025 performance.
The 13-track collection arrives alongside a 22-minute concert film directed by Barnaby Clay, currently streaming on the Criterion Channel and screening globally this month.
A physical edition arrives October 23 via Secretly Canadian, featuring bonus U.S. tour recordings.
Frontwoman Karen O describes the project as “born out of a need to commune” with fans following the 2025 election, noting the band rarely chooses when to return, “the times” often decide for them.
The performance, recorded after rehearsals at Sonic Ranch, Texas, felt spiritually charged, with guitarist Nick Zinner sensing “guiding” forces during the show.
The set opens as an ode to the late David Lynch, who passed a month before their journey began. Clay’s film aims to capture something “delicate and dream-like, like a precious memory.”
The release follows their 2022 album Cool It Down.
