Tommy Can’t Sleep is a new short horror film directed and edited by one half of Die Antwoord, Yolandi Visser and co-starrting Jack Black. And it’s absolutely bizarre.

The film centres around Lil Tommy, a tormented, foul-mouthed kid who is kept awake by rats roaming around his house at night. Only his “stupid fuckin dumb bitch mom doesn’t believe him”.
Suddenly, a rat-ified Yolandi appears on Tommy’s bed, alluring him with promises of “tits” “boobies” “guns” and “a lot of fucking rats”.
16 Jones – daughter of Die Antwoord’s other half, Ninja – plays the role of Lil Tommy, and Jack Black plays her demonic older self, Big Tommy, who likes drawing dicks on walls and pissing into the air.
The short was directed by Yolandi, with art direction from previous Die Antwood collaborator Roger Ballen. Music is by The Black Goat.
