Fans across the globe are cheering today with the news that actor Jeff Goldblum will release his debut album later this year.
With an acting career spanning 44 years and counting fans across the globe, there is understandably a lot of buzz around the news.
Goldblum has been playing classical piano since his childhood and dabbling in jazz since his teenage years. However, this latest venture will be his first time in the studio.
Decca director, Tom Lewis stated that “As far as I can tell, everyone loves Jeff Goldblum.”
“He’s a fantastic jazz pianist, a great band leader and just about the loveliest man in the world. His love of jazz is infectious and whenever he plays he makes you feel very happy.”
“If we can take Jeff’s music into people’s homes then we will be helping, in our own small way, to make the world a happier place.”
Fresh from hist stint in Wes Anderson’s latest flick, the announcement comes just a month before the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Looks like that instalment will have to serve as your Goldblum fix before his debut drops.
