After a massive sold out event earlier this year featuring the likes of Alison Wonderland, DZ Deathrays and Tkay Maidza, Mountain Sounds Festival will be back in full force for 2016.
2016 will be the third consecutive year the boutique festival will run, once again taking over the Mount Penang Parklands of the NSW Central Coast on Saturday February 20. The event is expanding to five stages, which will include a new “secret area”, so it can expected that the event is gearing up to be pretty massive. The festival will also feature pop-up bars, markets and live art and installations.
Although there has been on official line-up announcement yet, Mountain Sounds are throwing a couple of launch parties on Friday October 23 at El Topo Basement, Bondi Junction and Saturday October 24 at The Beery, Terrigal. They will feature The Delta Riggs, Yahtzel, Odd Mob, The Moving Stills and heaps more more. You can get all the details for the launch parties here.
