A never before released recording of The Velvet Underground‘s We’re Gonna Have A Real Good Time Together from 1969 has been shared.
This comes in anticipation of the release of The Velvet Underground: The Complete Matrix Tapes, which includes recordings from a San Francisco club on November 26 and 27, 1969. The four disc boxset is set to drop on November 20 through Polypro/Universal Music Enterprises, 46 years after the recordings took place.
The Velvet Underground have also released 45 anniversary boxsets for The Velvet Underground & Nico, White Light/White Heat and Loaded, which has additionally been reinterpreted and recorded by Sydney and Wollongong psych bands that was released on October 27, titled Reloaded.
