Art, food, flowers, and more as Adidas Originals campaign touches down under.
“We Gave the World an Original. You Gave Us a Thousand Back ” declares Adidas Originals in its current global campaign, a tribute to the brand’s enduring trefoil emblem.
Straddling Adidas’ past and future, the campaign was initially launched this September alongside three short films, and is primed to enter its second phase this weekend with a number of pop-up events in Sydney and Melbourne.
Over the first three weeks of November, Adidas Originals is turning its focus to Australian ‘Originals’, whose connection with their local community is notable.
The German sportswear giant is collaborating with ‘Originals’ in hospitality, art, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and floristry, emphasising the foundations of Australian community and culture.
The Australian ‘Originals’ branch of Adidas’ campaign begins with an immersive Redfern art showcase on the fourth, and culminates in the ten-year anniversary celebration of the Factory Theatre’s One Day Sundays on the nineteenth, bookending several other opportunities to listen to, eat, and take in what’s on offer around the urban centres of either city.
