If you haven’t made your mind up about whether or not you’ll head to Bluesfest yet, then surely the most recent announcement of additions to their already enormous lineup will have you convinced. You’re honestly spoilt for choice, and here’s why….
For those who have been to Bluesfest before, you’d certainly be aware that they are no strangers to booking massive, classic music icons across all colours of the music genre rainbow.
Of particular note in the recent announcement are Kool and the Gang, the original party people responsible for timeless dance classics like Celebrate, Get Down On It, and of course, who could forget Ladies’ Night.
Joining the original disco-lords will be none others than Dweezil Zappa and Guy Sebastian, along with greats The Gipsy Kings ft. Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo, Allen Stone, Troy Cassar-Daley of The Waifs, Erja Lyytinen, LP, as well as Ash Grunwald and Chain.
Tickets are currently on sale for the massive Easter-weekend of music and with world-class acts like Lenny Kravits and The Cat Empire, you’d be silly not score you and your mates a spot over the mega week of music.
