Cameron Diaz thinks she might have been a drug mule by accident

Cameron Diaz has confessed that she may have been used as a “drug mule” whilst working as a model, earlier on in her career.

In a recent interview on the Second Life podcast, Cameron Diaz has a very candid convo about the early stages of her career: “I couldn’t book a job to save my life. I got like one job, but really I think I was like a mule carrying drugs to Morocco — I swear to God.”

She continued, “It was before TSA [Transportation Security Administration] or anything like that. It was like early ’90s. They gave me a suitcase that was locked that had my ‘costumes’ in it — quote, unquote.”

Elaborating on the ordeal, the Hollywood actress then explained how she was requested to open the suitcase by airport staff in Morocco.

Allegedly, the officials asked Cameron about whether or not the suitcase actually belonged to her, and if it was even possible to open. Yikes!

“All of the calculations in my head went running back, like ‘what the fuck is in this suitcase?’” Diaz said. “I’m this blond-haired, blue-eyed girl in Morocco, it’s the ’90s, I’m wearing torn jeans and platform boots and my hair down, and this is really unsafe.”

More to come.
