The Foo Fighters are asking their fans to share their favourite foo memories with them for a special project dubbed ‘Foo Fighters Stories’.
This was announced on their website under, ‘Tell Us Your Story’, and they’re not being particular about what you send in.
The Foo Fighters are asking fans to send in their favourite personal Foo memories for an unknown upcoming project.
The unspecified project is posing to the fans:
“Tell us your FF story. We want to hear about YOU. Did you capture a great photo of your crew at a Foo show? Have a memory tied to a Foo Fighters album or song? Or maybe just want to send a message to the band? We want to meet YOU!! Share your Foo Fighters story and include any photos, videos or memorabilia featuring YOU!”
It’s not clear what they’ll be using all these personal archives for but we are definitely intrigued. The band recently released a surprise live EP named the Foo Files so maybe this has something to do with this upcoming project.
Meanwhile, the band will head to UK and Ireland for a series of festival shows including headline slots at Reading & Leeds.
If you have something you want to share, you can submit your contribution here.
