The Hot Sauce of Oblivion, as the team at Bethesda have taken to calling it, is a brand new spicy sauce, made in collaboration with the fine folks at Melbourne Hot Sauce. It’s being released alongside the latest chapter of The Elder Scrolls Online, and promises to capture the hellish heat of the series’ demonic villain: Mehrunes Dagon.
If you’re looking to get ready for your own adventure into the world of Tamriel, but aren’t sure if you can handle the heat, The Hot Sauce of Oblivion will provide the perfect test. The Elder Scrolls-inspired sauce is made from Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions, and Habanero chillis, and finished off with a hint of mango and cider to complete the Daedric concoction. Clocking in at a tongue-tingling 600,000 Scoville’s and 10/10 spicy score, this sauce rivals the heat of the Gates of Oblivion and should only be consumed by the bravest of heroes.
