Glam revivalists The Struts are hitting Australian shores with a new single in tow

UK glam rock group The Struts are making a comeback to Australian shores, announcing a headline tour this August. The band were last in the country to support Greta van Fleet, despite their last-minute decision to cancel shows due to health reasons.

The Struts are set to play shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as part of their Young & Dangerous world tour.

The Struts are no strangers to the scene, having opened for legends such as The Rolling Stones, The Who, Foo Fighters and Guns’n’Roses, winning over audiences left, right and centre with their classic rock anthems.

Released late last year, Young & Dangerous is the most recent album from the band, and it’s taking them to all new heights. With online streams estimated at 20 million a month, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has even given them his tick of approval, saying they’re “the best opening band we’ve ever had”.

In Love With A Camera is one of the key tracks from The Struts’ second album that channels catchy sing-along vocals with plenty of attitude. Check out the video below.

With threads of The Darkness, Queen and Bowie all sewn into The Struts’ signature style, this won’t be a band you want to miss live. Especially if you think life was better in the ’70s.
