Instagram model raises $100,000 for the Australian bushfires by selling nudes for $10 each

Not all heroes wear clothes. American Instagram influencer Kaylen Ward has raised over $100,000 for the Australian bushfires after offering to send nude photos to anyone who donated at least $10 to any organization directly helping battle the fires.

This is not the first time Ward has sold pics for money, and she’s said that she hoped her regular customers would help to raise cash for such an important cause.

LA-based Instagram model Kaylen Ward is fighting the good fight, raising over 100k for the Australian bushfires by sending out nudes.

The Los Angeles-based model says she has received over 20,000 private messages with confirmation of donation, and has taken the time to personally respond to each one of those messages with nude photos.

Ward initially hoped her efforts would bring in “a few thousand dollars”, but within 24 hours, she raised over 100K. She has asked her follows to donate to one of a few different charities, including NSW Rural Fire Service, Victorian Country Fire Service, and Red Cross.

This isn’t the first instant of people getting creative to help the cause, with Scott Marsh recently selling t-shirts bearing his infamous ‘Merry Crisis’ Scott Morrison mural, raising over $50,000.
