Time to break out your finest pair of jorts, Laneway is back in 2027

Laneway Festival reveals its 2027 dates and touring route.

As the faint swells of summer approach, so does Australia’s favourite sun-soaked festival.

Laneway is set to release its 2027 lineup in late September.

The most iconic touring festival in the Southern Hemisphere is back in 2027. Laneway has just announced the touring route and dates for the next run of festivals, and this time things are going to look a little different.

For the first time ever, the festival will be kicking off in Sydney on Friday, the 12th of February, at Centennial Park. The iconic grounds will offer easy access by light rail and lush scenery for attendees to enjoy while listening to their favourite artists all day long.

The festival will then stop off at Brisbane Showgrounds on Saturday, the 13th of February, where festival-goers can enjoy the multi-stage celebration whilst basking in the sun.

Next, the festival will return to Flemington Park in Melbourne on Friday, the 19th of February, before heading over to our friends across the Tasman in New Zealand.

The festival will wrap up its 2027 run at Auckland’s Western Springs Park on Sunday, the 21st of February.

After last year’s huge lineup boasting Chappell Roan, Role Model, GEESE, Alex G, Lucy Dacus and so many more, we can’t wait to see what the festival has in store for us in 2027.

Since 2005, Laneway Festival has been the ultimate platform for some of the biggest names in contemporary music and a launchpad for emerging artists.

The celebration of music, art, food and community remains a vital part of Australia and New Zealand’s cultural ecosystem.

The lineup for Laneway 2027 is set to be released in late September.
