Soundwave replacement Legion Music Fest has dropped its event dates for 2016, with the event set to hit up Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Legion will run throughout March and April, with the event curator John Sankey stating in an open letter “Our number one goal with Legion music fest is to be able to establish an ongoing event driven by you, the fans as well as the artists, and produce it in a sustainable way so it will always be there for us”.
The festival will act as Australia’s first ever crowd funded heavy music festival, which according to Sankey, has received overwhelming support. You can check out the full letter here, along with Sankey’s newest update on Legion for all the nitty gritty below.
Saturday March 26 – Melbourne
