Many music festivals like to drop all their heavy hitters with their first lineup announcement. But over the past three decades, Byron Bay’s Bluesfest Festival have become known for releasing absolutely epic second and third lineup announcements. And of course, their 2020 edition is no different.
Back in August, the festival announced that music legends Crowded House, Patti Smith, George Benson, and a stack of others would be gracing their stage… but now, they’ve just gone and upped the ante, because next April, Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy Vaughan, The Waterboys, and Eagles Of Death Metal will be joining in on the party.
Looking for that extra little reason to head up to Bluesfest next year? Well, here it is… the festival have just dropped their incredible second lineup announce.
Also included in Bluesfest’s second 2020 lineup announce are Ani Difranco, Amadou & Miriam, The Allman Betts Band, Zucchero, and heaps more. So if you were looking for that little extra reason to head up to Byron next year, here it is.
